We went in and received an Extreme Shine package, along with the extra $1 for being a SUV/Truck/Van along with 4 mats for an additional $2.50 a piece. About $50 total. Absolutely disappointing. The outside is great, the inside still has mud, hair etc on all surfaces. Will not ever spend my money on an interior wash there again.

Brand new truck. Less than 3000 miles on it. Now it has a light scratch on the hood. I managed to see this because as I was looking the truck over, I noticed that the grill still had bugs on it and so did the front of the hood. That means after posting over $30 bucks I get to go home and re-wash part of the truck and also explain to my wife that her 2020 Expedition now has a scratch!

Outside looked great. We paid to get the inside done, and it was not done very well. Didn't wipe down anything they were supposed to, and the vacuum job was lackluster. I'll try again one more time because hopefully it was just a bad day.

Do not ever purchase a wash using the Shell fuel terminal connected to PDQ. The pumps are often out of receipt paper. PDQ does not own these pumps so they are unable to print a receipt or refill the printers. They can issue a new wash but it is a huge hassle every time. This has happened to me on numerous occations and I usually end up paying for the wash twice so I don't have to wait. Excellent wash but not when you have to pay twice.

Exterior wash only was super scary!!! I'm still shook up from the experience and it's been over an hour since it's been done. It was my first time through. A girl came up while I was reading the directions and started washing my windows and I couldn't see I put my windshield wipers on and she motioned me forward and all of a sudden I started moving and I had no clue what was going on. You can't see you can't hear and at the end it doesn't tell you when to put your car in gear. However my front windshield is the cleanest it's been since I brought it home from the dealership and the car looks pretty darn good!
