Went for a service I had never gotten done before. A couple days later my hair did not look good. Friends of mine were shocked. My stylist was so nice but the customer service was horrible!! Took 3 days to get my first response back and then responses after took at least 1 day... wasn't very friendly either. They also added extra charges on my service that they did not tell me of before hand (helper fee because the stylist needed help at the end! did not tell me about this at my consultation!!) I did end up getting a refund though. Overall not happy with my experience.
My stylist is awesome. She does a great job and is super nice. The front desk though needs work. They were unprofessional and unfriendly. They certainly didn't make me feel like they appreciate my business. Didn't leave there with a happy feeling. I am going to start looking for another salon just to see the service.

They add all these extra fees to your services without even letting you know ahead of time, they promise results that’d you’d fall in love just to get what you do not want, they don’t talk to you as they’re doing your hair. Poor excuse of a salon ! I would not recommend this place!
I booked a Groupon with Indira and, unfortunately, was running late for my appointment. I was 5 minutes away from the salon when I was informed my appointment was cancelled, I was charged $50 for no-show (that I wasn't going to spend there, I already bought a Groupon). Everyone I talked over the phone (while booking and later) was rude or unfriendly. Please go find another salon - there are plenty of good ones in Green Bay.
