5 Star Mobile Car Wash & Detailing

Made an appointment 3 days prior to when the car needed detailed. The day prior I called to confirm nobody answered, The day of I called to confirm not only does she have my name wrong she then tells me that they couldn't make it. Sometimes things come up and that's understandable but you should probably call back your clients and let them know that you're not going to be able to provide the service that you just said you would do. Luckily I found procam detailing. Much more professional anawered the phone every time I called and within minutes of book appointment he sent me an email with time and date of appointment and the details of what services we had discussed.

Contacted 5 Star Mobile 4 days prior to needing there services to make an appointment (was a Friday, needed them on Tuesday), we were in need of having our company truck cleaned as soon as possible. Was told my appointment was made and we agreed to touch base the day before to confirm everything was all good to go. I called Monday and verified appointment, noted again that truck was needing to be done ASAP as we had a driver picking up truck the following day. Time slot was verified for 8-10 AM, confirmed everything with her on the phone and all was good. Come Tuesday I called around the time of cleaning and was told that he was running behind which was ok cause driver was coming in the afternoon, but he would be there soon. Come time for driver to be on his way to truck and contacted them to check if work had been done and to pay them for there services, I was told that he had not yet gotten to my truck and wasn't even sure if he could make it there. How can you make an appointment knowing it is of time essence and book yourself to where you can not take care of someone who called four days prior to needing you. I read reviews and saw that they seem to have this problem a lot, seems to me they are going well over there heads and hurting there business in the process. Customer service is horrible, wasn't offered an apology just excuses. Thankfully I found another mobile detailing place who showed up for me last minute btw and got it done in less time. Overall, I would skip them if you are in need for a detailing.

They have a wide variety of machines & table games here to satisfy everyone's appetite. The buffet & non-smoking areas are a pleasure also.

I made an appointment for today within the time frame of 12:00-1:00, and they never showed. I’m reading other reviews and this seems to be par for the course with this company. There are plenty of mobile car wash companies in Bullhead City, so I would strongly encourage people to stay away from these losers.

Called for an rv wash appt. Set it for the following Tuesday. 5 days. No show. No call. No return call on my message. Terribly unprofessional
