My daughter and I went to the Lux Nail in Ironwood MI. Both my daughter and I saw different people to do our nails on October 9, 2020. Either one of these employees could figure out how to keep tips on your nails. Two of my daughters nails crooked and my thumb and my pointer finger on my right hand or both cut bye the employee with the automatic filer. Then to top it off she sprayed my hand with alcohol which made him burn like crazy. For an entire week that I had my nails on my fingers or sore. I would not recommend this place to get nails done to anyone. Now they continuously message me through a text message so I got to the point after calling them multiple times and telling them to take me off their list. I finally went and blocked their number from my phone and put them down as spam. My daughter and I were getting our nails done for my son's wedding, they knew this and still didn't take their time to do a decent job. Total waste of time and money and inconvenience.

The first time was great made an appointment and they were on time and service was good.nYesterday I made an appointment, 10 customers 4 staff 2 ladies sat with feet in water for over 45 minutes. I asked her how long she said 30 minutes I left and came back ladies still in the water. I called a new nail spa in town and got right in and was much cleaner.nThey are not turning anyone down and not telling really how long it will the wait will be. In my world appointments come first and no overbooking! Won't go back.
