Dean from Dunrovin sold me a small piece of property in Washington VT. After contacting him he immediately gave me different a few different times he was available to view it. There was no pressure to purchase and he pointed out everything he saw that was noteworthy when walking the property down regardless of if it would be construed as a positive or a negative.nnThis was the first time I bought real estate. He was understanding that I did not know the process and gave me references for a lawyer and surveyor who were both extremely professional and thorough. All communications were answered quickly. I highly recommend Dunrovin and Dean specifically (who i think is the owner anyway).
