Randy Snelling at Sotheby's has truly gone above and beyond his role in helping me find the perfect place to live in the Upper Valley. I'm a new physician at Dartmouth Medical, and even before I arrived, Randy spend hours finding out what exactly I was looking for, added some of his own suggestions, and has done a ton of research to help me find the perfect place. Even though I was debating between renting and buying, it didn't deter him. He helped me explore both options, not trying to push me towards what's better for him, but helping me figure out what's best for me. He spent 2 days giving me tours of different places and has spent 2 months researching on my behalf. To top it off, he's a fun and always professional guy who I would be friends with even beyond the housing search! I've never had a real estate agent put this much time and energy into getting what I want - I would recommend him without hesitation and plan to send any new people I know his way.

Randy Snelling at Four Seasons was amazing! He took the time and energy to help my spouse and I buy our very first home! He was responsive, always on time, flexible, personable, had great knowledge of the area, and found us great listings that were within our criteria. If we ever buy or sell a house, I will definitely be going back to Randy! I'd recommend him to anyone.

Randy Snelling at Four Seasons Realty was a fantastic partner in the search for my first home. He was extremely accessible and responsive through the ups and downs of the search, offer, and close stages. He takes a personal interest in making sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision, and ensures that you interests are looked after throughout the entire process.

Buyer beware.nnIf your selling a home and want to dupe the buyer, then this is the agency you want to use.nnThis agency does not support their purchasing clients and sells homes using unfair and deceitful tactics.nnNo lawyer present at closing.nnAll Four Season's and it's brokers care about is closing as fast as possible to make the quick money.nThen leaving their purchasing customers holding a house with issues.nnThere are other more reliable agency's in the Upper Valley.nDon't be fooled by Four Season's, you will regret the experience.
