Absolutely the worst, they broke almost every single button on my interview suit. They said they couldn't do anything about it, especially since I had already prepaid for their irresponsible and sloppy services.nnNow I'm left days before an interview with the buttons on my suit destroyed and frantically calling tailors to see if they can get new buttons on last minute. I'll also have to drive hours to a major city to brooks brothers and find the matching buttons. You'd expect a dry cleaners to understand the value of treating delicate clothing carefully but obviously New London's cleaner doesn't care enough to be careful with your expensive clothes. Definitely will not be using again and will let all my colleagues know.
