We stayed at the Owners condo at the end of July 2018. The unit was delivered dirty with smelly towels, closets full of junk, walls with scuff marks and doors that barely opened. On the last day of our stay, the Owner came to the unit and harassed us about leaving by 11:00 even though we prearranged a late check with the office. We explained that we have a late check out but she proceeded to call me a liar and said that I would be barred from returning to the condo ever again. Also, within 3 days from our stay, they proceeded to charge my credit card additional fees for abnormal wear & tear on the unit. I would not recommend booking with this company. There are other places in the I am sure will not treat you in this manner.

Great staff and owners who know how to truly take care of their guests. They truly strive to make a memorable and exciting time for all of their guests.

We rented 1711 Georgia Lane Bullhead City on 09-21-17 through 09-24-17 man this place is a dump we where greeted with about 5000 bugs fly's this house is old all the amenities they claim are either broken / busted (out of order ) the beachfront is full of fly's bugs and allege not useable the pool was dirty and not accessible due to all the fly's you open a door they all come inside the house it got so bad that all the kids and wives had to leave this location due to health reasons I advise everyone to stay away from this location the house in stuck in the 80's bathrooms doors don't lock shower heads don't work shower doors don't close old carpet bad bad bad your better off staying in a hotel then this dump !!!!!!! Also don't go by the pictures
