My husband & I purchased a home from William Raveis VT Properties. Kevin, Katherine & their team were just absolutely fantastic. They were extremely responsive & pretty much held our hand the entire time. We were first time homebuyers and they couldn't have made the process any easier. Everything was explained step by step to us and we were provided with a clear timeline on when things were to happen. The staff here are just so nice/friendly. If you're buying/selling in the area, definitely reach out to them.

Kathy is a fantastic Realtor. I was a Realtor in the past, so I've dealt with many over the years as a buyer, seller, and Realtor. She's one of the absolute best. She's responsive, knows her market, and has a long-term view. She advised us to pass up on a property that would have been more lucrative and easier for her in favor of one that fit us better. She's in it for the long-term and looks out for her clients.
