On a very hot summer day they only had 1 fan in the house. We had to go buy 4-5 fans from the supermarket because it wasn't liveable. The jacuzzi was dirty and they claimed it was filled earlier that day. They also didn't let us cancel even though half the group couldn't come to vermont because of the whole covid laws in vermont. Every time i called them it took a hour to call me back. They where hell to deal with. Do not recommend at all. Stay away.

Absolutely a terrible experience. My house would be cleaner if the toilet exploded. Hey genius try sweeping at least. Not happy!
