This apartment complex is wonderful. We recently signed our second yearly lease and our experience has been fabulous. I love waking up in this home. Lots of the people who live here have dogs, so they made us dog parks. The grounds, however, are clean, as there is a 200 dollar fine for leaving the waste behind. The view of the mountains from my balcony is perfect with my morning coffee. ❤️

Great place to live even if you have kids or dogs they have 3 pools 2 dog park they just put in and a park for kids no other apartment complex in Laughlin has all that but a little pricey

But they take money out your security deposit for carpet cleaning an a paint job.they don't tell you at all. The apartments are nice. Even if you clean the apartment before your lease is up.

Ms. Anna at the vistas is a pleasure to deal with, Great staff!! EDIT: been here 2 months of which half of the time I have been at my cabin in Montana, air conditioning is out, its crazy hot outside and office tells me there is only one air conditioner tech for over 400 residents and its not there fault they cant get to the ac units for routine maintenance, must be rough in the pandemic to have that much rent coming in, thanks for the 100 emails on how to get and spend my government stimulus money and offering nothing back to your residents but sub par service, this is how vistas shined during the pandemic... gross
