Patrick Flanagan is a problem for all Real Estate professional and demonstrates that the profession—which requires no actual credential nor demonstrated competence—is predatory at worst and ineffectual at best. It is counterproductive to involve Patrick Flanagan in any actual exchanges (although his assistant MARIA is warm, honest, dedicated and earnestly hard-working), since his habitual dishonesty combined with a profound and sexist bigotry preys on clients financial situations to undermine the value of the real estate and deliberately fumbles any actual deals. If you are female interested in purchasing please avoid this uneducated and thoroughly uninteresting man since he has nothing to offer ‘cept to abuse the power he has to represent his clients to falsely position himself to exploit yr desire for the property involved. If you are male, ditto sans the innuendo. I have purchased real estate in 4 states, but never has the experience been made so very unpleasant. I have filed complaints in three states on this man.
