Judy and her team at Walnut Hill Realty were an invaluable resource to my family and I as we purchased a vacation home almost 300 miles away from our full time residence. We met Judy initially as a listing agent for a property and when that didn't work out we were happy to retain her services as a buyer's agent for one of the many other properties she had shown us. Judy invested many hours into the sale and was a vital part of the process as I closed a deal from another state with little to no knowledge about Vermont real estate. Judy had multiple points of local contact which was very important in making the closing a smooth transaction as I had never done any local business in the area. On the rare occasion that Judy was not available, the team at Walnut Hill was responsive and helpful. Thank you again.

They were my buyers agent and helped make my first home purchase a bit easier than it probably would have otherwise been, Ron was amazing while showing us houses, and I never felt pressured to purchase any single one. Rebecca helped negotiate for us and Linda was very prompt at answering all the questions that I passed her way. Great buyers agents

Walnut Hill truly goes above and beyond the call of duty for it's clients.Their agent Chris Moore and I never saw a person work so hard for a client, in any business dealings I've had. Chris worked tirelessly in helping me find a home and was always very responsive, even on nights and weekends. He was also always extremely prepared with detailed documents and other details relating to the properties. He'd even make sure to be at showings that were a significant distance from his office. Chris has the be one of the most dedicated and patient people I've ever met, and ever will meet. Interestingly, I didn't come to the table with nearly the purchasing power of your standard home purchaser, and so expected perhaps a lower dedication level. But I was pleasantly surprised that was not the case.
