We called James Plumbing after discovering a substantial leak under our kitchen sink in a newly purchased home. Thankfully he was very responsive and was able to make a same day visit. He worked very diligently and skillfully and went out of his way to help us (new homeowners!). I would highly recommend their services.

I have used James Mechanical multiple times for some complicated plumbing projects in our house in Ludlow. The prices are reasonable but more importantly - the work is done right and with attention to detail. I recommend you call them for a quote on your project (large or small).

Charlie had a really challenging job in my old farm house, building a bathroom upstairs in my attic, hauling a claw tub and installing, getting water upstairs and then modernizing my old bathroom. He was very clever making it all work and both bathrooms are charming. He also really improved my basement plumbing

So grateful for James, I had an issue with my water pump causing all sorts of leaks, I gave James a call for the first time on a Friday evening of all times. James wasn't able to get over to my place because he was on another job and very far away but told me to send me pics/videos of what was going on and that he could help me troubleshoot it over the phone. So I sent him a bunch of pics and videos and he spent about an hour on the phone with me helping me sort out what was going on and directed me exactly what to do to fix the issue. I've never experienced a company going out of their way to help me like this, especially on the weekend.nnHe assisted me to get all the leaks stopped and everything working back in order. I offered to compensate him for his time, especially because an emergency plumbing call otherwise woulda prob cost me at least a few hundred bucks. He wouldn't take any $, a real stand up dude. Cannot recommend James highly enough. Thank you so much!

Worst Plumber ever he ripped us off charged us over $8,000 and never installed the heat, fixtures, rough plumbing disconnected everything and walked off the job....after 9 months of begging him to finish!! Dont use this plumber he is the worst .....
