I was a new patient and they got me in super fast and I saw a Dr within a couple minutes of being in the room! Everyone was super sweet and very helpful and informative!! Super impressed and I am glad I chose this Dermatologist!

I was not quoted an accurate office visit charge for a facial lesion removal. After I had already paid initially, I received a second bill in the mail for $95.50. A billing supervisor refused to adjust this amount or even a portion of it. The matter is now with the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent billing. Buyer beware, I would strongly recommend a different dermatology clinic.
Dr. Anderson is amazing, however the rest of his staff is crude. Kayla, the receptionist, is the most offensive person I have ever spoken to over a phone. As a patient, I believe I should be treated with respect, which is the farthest thing she treated me with. I misunderstood her over the phone and she repeated the question slowly and loudly as if I was idiotic; Not to mention she asked me my birthday 5 times and asked me "if I'm sure that is my birthday". Mohave Skin & Cancer is the way to go. Dr. Daulat there is nothing but amazing and his staff is nothing but helpful and kind. I will never be a patient at Arizona Desert Dermatology just from the lack of respect of one individual.
