Wasn’t too happy with the girl that did my pedi. She made NO attempt to be friendly or welcoming or even asking how I prefer my French pedi. Just was super upsetting. Sad thing is. I also treated my best friend to a pedi because she never gets one nor gets the chance to relax. But the lady who did her pedi was super nice and sweet. 💔
Love getting my spa pedicures with any of the Nail Nook girls and my manicures last 3-5 weeks!
The girls at The Nail Nook are professional, friendly, and talented. I go in every two weeks to get my nails done with Janette and she always does an amazing job! Stephanie, Brittany, and Janet also do an awesome job. It's fun to see all of their creativity. The salon is clean and cute. I HIGHLY recommend setting up an appointment.
I booked two appointments with Janet as a new customer and both were cancelled, one with less than an hour notice of my first appointment and the second with less than 24 hours notice. There wasn’t any offer to reschedule me or try to fit me in with someone else. This was completely unprofessional and I would not recommend them.
