Easily the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It's almost as though They're doing you a big favor by just doing your laundry. And there is always something that they can't do
I gave them one star only because the system wouldn't allow me to give them none. HORRIBLE experience. I left an dress to be cleaned at the end of the summer season and forgot to pick it up. They never contacted me and now they say I owe 50.00 late charge. They want me to pay them 85.00 for a dress that I paid 35-40 for. PLEASE avoid this place at all cost.nThey could also use some customer training for their front end person.
Took my expensive European off white organic cotton pants to this place and I got it back with stains that were not there when I took it. It was actual dirtier than when I took it there. Worst service ever. No remorse or apologies.
I have always had nothing but really nice, attentive service. They do a nice job and my shirts always look great! Thanks!
Awesome place to have drycleaning/laundry done... great staff and my drycleaning etc. is always on time if not early. best in town, hands down !
