I was referred to Blue Harbor Esthetics by a friend, and I am so grateful I decided to take them up on the recommendation. Shannon was nothing less than professional, welcoming, and very reassuring during my visit with her. It was my first time waxing anything that was not my eyebrows, and I was extremely nervous. She was so informative starting with the guidelines her business must follow during COVID down to her explanation of hair growth and wax she uses. I was very impressed with her knowledge. She took her time, and was very considerate of my needs before, during, and after providing the service. I am looking forward to my next visit with her.

I have had 3 appointments with Shannon at Blue Harbor Esthetics and I absolutely LOVE her. She is so professional, easy to talk to, she puts you right at ease, explains everything she is doing and is absolutely wonderful to be around. I got a Brazilian wax for the very first time and I loved that she explained everything to me and made sure I was confortable. I recommend her services to anyone who will listen. I went for a waxing. Shannon was courteous, professional and thorough. Because I was a new client, she walked me through the specific products that she uses and why she prefers them. She took great care to understand my home skin regimen to ensure there would be no adverse reactions and that waxing would not damage my skin. The location, Bombshell Body Art, is clean, comfortable and attractive. Finally, the rates for her services are so reasonable- a great value. I highly recommend!

So this review is long overdue but it’s needed to be done! Long story short - I went on a mini trip with friends. Sadly, everything was still closed in CA and I couldn’t get a wax. So I asked around got someone that was working out of her house that literally canceled on me 2 days before my trip. I HATE making last minute appointments because I personally think it’s rude. I desperately search for places and I found this place! Shannon was nothing but sweet. She answered my message within 5 minutes and she took me in! Headed out there early that Friday to make my appointment time. Honestly, sweetest person ever. She was professional and explained EVERYTHING and distracted me from the pain. She even sent me a message the day after to send me over pictures of products to use. I will definitely come to Shannon when I go back next year (:

Shannon is THE best!!! I finally found someone who knows how to wax eyebrows! She’s located in Bombshell Body Art Studio at 30 Scott Dr. (across from Legendz) EXTREMELY clean practices throughout the entire experience. She took such care and actually did an amazing eyebrow consultation! It was such a relaxed experience. And prices are UNBELIEVABLE! Thank you, Blue Harbor Esthetics!!! ❤️
