They do quality work. Never left with a "bad hair month". Usually a very short wait, if you know and avoid "rush hour."

Walked in at 3:50 no one in there if they close at 4 why wasn't I able to get a haircut. No work for a month and now you can't work am extra 5 or 10 minutes after 4.

We're from out-of-state so took a chance and tried this salon. I have short hair so it's easy to mess it up. De cut my hair and did an absolutely phenomenal job! Not only did she cut it exactly the way I wanted, I had no problems with it afterward. She's very skilled, very talented and definitely knows what she's doing!! And is a very nice person to interact with. I highly recommend her! Thank you!

I'm here in Lake Havasu for the 4th of July and need a hair cut. I call all over the place with no luck but then this lovely woman picked up the phone and I could see light at the end of the tunnel. Once I got in, it was 1:10pm and they closed at 2pm. People were in front of me but the sweet lady said she would take care of me, I let her know if not, it's okay because it is a holiday. While I waited, someone else walked in and the sweetheart agreed to take care of that lady after me too. What a sweet heart to those during the holiday to get everyone done even if it goes past the time she was scheduled to work. I get it's her job, but to treat everyone with respect and kindness and not be rude and letting everyone know she wants to go home. Well it is amazing. I will come here everytime time I come in town from Tempe AZ just because of how amazing she is. So if you ever come here ask for Marie... She is absolutely amazing. Oh, I almost forgot, I did this before my hair cut...The haircut is amazing I will keep coming here every time I am in Havasu. Only 2 people cut my hair, That's Lee in Chandler and Marie in Lake Havasu

My daughter had a horrible haircut at this establishment, it was jagged and uneven. At first we didn't notice as she has curly hair but 2 days after her hair cut we flat ironed her hair and it was a disaster. I'm talking 2 inch discrepancies, it was a short cut and if it were to be fixed her hair would have to be cut be above her ears. One of my daughters posted a picture on a, local, social media site and management was quick to try to remedy the situation. He offered many things, he was kind, and I appreciated his efforts. However, all the luxuries won't fix a botched haircut on an 8 year old girl. I never went to collect the items that management offered due to the haircut; I didn't feel that pampering my daughter would make her feel any better about her haircut. We recently had her hair cut elsewhere and the fiasco was finally over. Her hair is extremely short, again, but it is what it is. I can say that the staff at this establishment is very kind and management went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. I appreciated all of the kind words and attempts to make things right.
