Had an appointment to get my nails done, the man sat me in a chair, started working on my nails and then add adruptly got up and started helping another customer. He left me sitting there for about 20 minutes in shock, then when a girl was done doing somebody else's nails she came over and started working on mine. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and that is not what I left with they did a very very horrible job and charged me $50 I will never go there again and I would never recommend it. They didnt clean my nail beds for cuticles before they put the acrylic on they just look horrible now I have to pay to get them fixed
I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE DECIDING TO GO HERE (Debbie’s #1 Nails next to Safeway) This place is NOT good :(
They were busy and did fit me in which I was thankful for, however I wish I didn’t stay in the first place. If you ask them to fix something EVEN ONE TIME they get SO annoyed.
He ran my card and said “okay now sign your name” before he even fixed the problems I tried to keep pointing out.
I wish I could get a refund...
I still tipped because they still technically DID do my nails, but I won’t be going back...
If you don’t look at them close I guess they’re fine. I’ll give 2 stars because they provided me with a service but the quality of this set of nails is 5/10. Just go somewhere else.
I think I finally found my nail salon here in Havasu. These folks were nice and did a fantastic job! I will be back
The young lady did my nails and oh my goodness I love them so much! She was so quick and they came out looking so good!
I am 53 and this is THE WORST pedicure in my life. My sister in law and I were in town visiting and thought it would be relaxing. Nope. Water was tepid, no sanitary plastic liner in tub, tech painfully dug at my nails 5 minutes after soaking, and two weeks later I’m looking at my feet thinking, I paid for this!? Save your money. Have a toddler do them. Blindfolded.
