Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Ausblick! Big, beautiful home, great pool and hot tub, tree house, and little pond w/ lots of frogs and little fishies. And beautiful views of the mountains! Sibylle was a very responsive host, and the house and property are obviously very well maintained. We love Villa Ausblick and love Waterbury, VT!

If you are traveling to Vermont, Villa Ausblick needs to be your home base! Stunning views of nearby mountains that are almost too good to be real. Countless activities to keep kids occupied and happy. Perfect setting to enjoy all the top notch craft beers you are sure to drink while in Vermont! Sibylle is a great host and is focused on ensuring guests have everything they need to have a great vacation! We will be back!

Our family loved our getaway in Vermont! The owner was very responsive to all questions I posed. The home came with all that our family of 10 needed. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've seen with dishes, pots/pans, bakeware, spices, plenty of storage space, etc. We swam, caught frogs, chilled at the campfire site, and enjoyed the beautiful views. We also visited many of the nearby swimming holes and hiking areas.

Thank you for a great getaway weekend for the family at Villa Ausblick. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains, the new kitchen and a great day of skiing - this time at Sugarbush.

A PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAYn★ ★ ★ ★ ★nWe are a large family - 12 adults and 2 small children - and Villa Ausblick made for the perfect family vacation. The pictures here can't adequately capture the beauty of the property and home. Your time at Villa Ausblick will exceed your expectations. The property speaks for itself - what I want to emphasize is how outstanding the property owners are! From the very beginning of the process, Sibylle was incredibly helpful and responsive to every single question and need that we had. Sibylle and Peter have mastered the vacation rental concept. The home itself is designed for guests that are unfamiliar with the place (drawers, cabinets, closets, light switches, etc. are all clearly labeled.). They provided us with a detailed guide to the house including instructions for everything like the hot tub and appliances. Sibylle has created walk through videos that you can watch before you go so that you know exactly what you do and don't need to bring with you. Bottom line - we could not imagine a more lovely home and hosts for our perfect family getaway!
