I couldn’t be any happier with them. Erik not only sold our house in 3 days, he also helped us tremendously all along the way. We live 300 miles from the house and were unable to take care of of numerous completely random unforeseen issues that arose before closing. Erik didn’t hesitate to get there and take care of everything to make sure that all issues were remedied. He went above and beyond what would be expected from a real estate broker and made our lives so much easier. His referrals were solid and extremely professional.
