I had never been to a place like this I had a chance to go thanks to great friends. The atmosphere was modern and laid back. The menu was understandable to some one that has never been there. Everything made fresh on the spot!!! What I had was delicious. So if you have a chance check it out !!! The staff was friendly and helpful..
What a great addition to the Valley restaurants. Four of us ate late Friday, just before they were supposed to close. Everything made to order. We had two vegetarian and two meat filled (duck, chicken, pork belly) bowls. Everything delicious. Sake selection really great. You can sit and watch as everything is prepared and then slurp away.nReally friendly, great quality. So much local produce everything fresh as can be.nNew favorite spot.

As someone who is gluten free (not by choice), my only suggestion is to have a rice noodle option or other gluten free noodle option. I truly appreciate the spiralized golden beet alternative and believe it’s a wonderful way to sneak in more veggies but it does not hit the same way a true noodle does. Otherwise, Stoke Ramen has a lovely atmosphere and spot-on ramen made with quality ingredients!
This is very much comparable to any Ramen Bar in southern CT or EVEN NYC!! The owners are very nice and personable and you could see the noodle soup being built right in front of you!!!nThe ambiance is so homely and the customers are decent and friendly
