We found ourselves in a bad situation. We sold our house in a day so closing was near. We had worked with another company having the home all designed and were told 8 weeks until we got it. We were living in a camper with our 2 large dogs. We decided we could wait the 2 weeks. The day before we closed on our house I got an email saying it would be 21 weeks...which brought us to January or February. I said no way can we wait so I googled manufactured homes and found Fecteau. I was luckily on vacation so I jumped in my car and took the 1 hour drive knowing they had some on the lot. Ashley was wonderful. She gave me the run of the homes they had there and was not pushy in any way. After looking at the homes they had I called my husband and described what I was seeing and got information on the ones we were interested in and went home and made a decision. My husband was there for the delivery and said the guys knew what they were doing and were very good to deal with If Fecteau did not have homes on the lot I have no idea where we would be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home. Thank you to all who were involved. Dan & Kelly

I worked with Ashley who was nothing but amazing. She helped us with everything we needed to do, explaining things to us along the way (better than the bank). I would highly recommend fecteaus.

The team at Fecteau was absolutely amazing to work with from the first visit in Montpelier to the time our house was completed. Ashley was so helpful to walk us through the process every step of the way! Lee helped us through a few last minute issues with our site and the Luke and all of the workers on site to finish the house were fantastic!! We are so happy with our new home and can’t wait to show it to our family and friends!

Wonderful experience love everything they did.nnThis was my experience today we moved in now move it three months later. They've had high turnover rate unfortunately probably due to covered which is left us waiting to get our things done because messages are in notes are getting lost. Still would use them again but I'm beginning to get a sour taste in my mouth at this point. I now would move them down to a 4.5 instead of 5.

We just finished our home. Over all it was a positive experience. Biggest challenges was lack of communication during the build. We were able to track people down, but reaching out to us did not happen. Also there was a disruption with out sales person and we missed out on picking out some of our fixtures. So they came how someone picked out. However Fecteau was accessible, the designs flexible and supportive with the finance process. The prices were fair and the actual build was quick (6 weeks from start to finish).
