Fantastic local company with cutting edge online features, which made life very easy. I was a tenant of over 5 years, things were always dealt with in a quick professional manner and I felt heard and respected. The two young man who started this company should be very proud! Stone & Browning have been wonderful in my recent experience moving to Vermont! At every step of the way moving from out of state, the kind and personable team there helped me without delay, especially working with Ms. Bailey & Ms. Alicia. Their clear application process helped me find my new home within about a week of applying, and was easy and reliable to use! Most importantly for me, Stone & Browning and has made me feel so welcome to be in Vermont, and they helped make that dream of mine a reality. I would recommend them to anyone who might be looking to move in or to Vermont!

Since February, Stone and Browning has been an absolute delight to work with. I recently moved in to get ready for school this Fall after finding out I'd finally be in campus, and Bailey was so helpful at every step! Alicia especially made sure to point out available units to me through the months of searching and was always available for questions. Bailey made sure my move in process was easy and manageable. Even after locking myself out of the building and having a million questions, Bailey was there to always answer my calls and make sure I was happy! I already filed my first maintenance request and they had someone out right away to help me. I've been nothing but satisfied at every step of the process and I know I'm in very good hands with this company. Vermont already feels like home and it's thanks to their hard working team! I'm looking forward to continuing to rent from them while I'm here in VT. Thank you S&B for all your hard work. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an apartment or home to rent in the area. They are a dedicated team and will help you find somewhere you love!

Agreed with other reviewer that S&B has been a delight to work with and has been responsive to all of my needs since moving in last month. Both in dealing with questions over the phone and responding to any maintenance needs. I feel lucky to rent from them and it doesn't hurt that the rent is affordable.

Moving in the middle of a pandemic is definitely stressful but Stone and Browning made it easier and worry free! They were super helpful and answered any and all of my questions and emails! We love our new place thanks again S&B!
