Everything I've tried here is amazing. Love that they deliver, and have real hand tossed dough. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend

Food is okay. Just okay, not great. Customer service, at least with management is abysmal. We live on the Berlin side of Montpelier and they have delivered to us probably 5-6 times in the past year with no issues. The first time I called I was told they would deliver to us and there was no issue until today.nnToday, I ordered online for the first time. I called to check on the timing of the order and was told they would deliver today but not after today because they don’t deliver to Montpelier. Weird, but okay.nnThe food arrived and we were missing a salad. I called to ask that my card be refunded and was told I would have to come in to the store to pick up refund in cash. When I questioned this I was put on the phone with a male manager who A)accused me of “sneaking” into their delivery area by ordering online. Not true-today was the first time I’d ever ordered online B)accused me lying about the salad missing from our order. Not true. We ordered 4 salads and there were 3 in the bag. Also, I would never do this, but whatever.nnTotally not worth being treated this way over mediocre food. Puckered tomatoes in the salads, etc.nnNot recommended. Spend your money elsewhere.

Curbside option had been great! I love the salads! They are huge and filling and they don't skimp on toppings!

Received a delivery to our hotel room last night. Was provided no utensils or napkins. Called and girl offered no appologies and acted as if I was a bother to even complain. Who has their own utensils in a hotel room? Went to eat my side salad, there was a long hair mixed in salad. Threw out salad after only one bite! I figured a call to complain again would do no good, so resorting to this feedback in hopes they realize their practices are unacceptable for future customers. Sad I left an advance 20% tip, was NOT deserved! Ticket #41 10/13.
