The place is absolutely fantastic, but I paid 30+ dollars for their unlimited car wash for the month that I got the initial wash from that time being there but everytime I try to go back my info kept messing up to the point I paid for unlimited washes and only got 2
The line in was long and iv had better car washes but the price was reasonable.
I don't usually go to car wash businesses, but I needed an undercarriage spray. I had to purchase a deluxe wash at $15 to accomplish that. Like some earlier reviewers, I experienced some of the minimal people skills of the employees, too.nnAnd the wash result was underwhelming. Like most car wash places, there's never a good job on side panels. Even with two guys standing there, without much to do. Or, one of them could be reading their latest Google Maps reviews, and mention some of the feedback to the owner. The pricing sign is not that clear on packages and memberships. When I made a mistake figuring out just what I needed to get my undercarriage spray done the Professor on duty wasn't very patient with my guess. He might be the owner! Who knows?nnThere was soap residue on my rear glass, probably because the drying is very quick, like the entire wash process.nI figure I paid about $4,000 if it were hourly.nnReviewers revolt!! Don't patronize businesses that show no sign of addressing significant comments in Google reviews. Some AWARE businesses today watch reviews like a hawk, and actually do something in response.
Been trying to add number to unlimited washes but can't ... what should be so dificult...????
Absolutely thrilled with the service. All the personnel are professional and friendly. I feel like friends plus get a great car wash. Best deal going.
