I have bought and sold many properties over the years..sometimes with good realtors, sometimes not so much. Being relatively unfamiliar with the Granville area I asked a friend who referred me to Rebecca at Country Horizon Realty.. . What great luck for me! She is the best realtor by far that I have ever worked with. It was a foreclosure, which is always difficult. Rebecca was right there for me every step of the way. Suggestions for contractors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc. she never let me down. Personal advice, professional advice, whatever I needed, she was there! I now live in the home she helped me to purchase, and I can only say that I am happy with the home...AND with my realtor Rebecca Dittmeier of Country Horizon Realty in Granville, New York!

I first contacted Country Horizon Realty with interest in a listed income property in the Town of Pawlet Vermont. I was initially provided with a few details about the property. As I became further interested in the property, I had my realtor contact CHR directly. Before even allowing me the opportunity to walk the property, the owner of Country Horizon Realty wanted me to provide proof my ability to pay cash. If your prepared to disclose your financial wherewithal upfront before even seeing the property, then I guess you might enjoy working with these shysters. If your looking to see what it is you may be purchasing first, then take your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Shoddy business.
