On October 5, I went to this laundromat. At 6:30pm, I went and put the load of clothes I had into the dryer. I had my bedding which included a grey pillowcase. Also had a green towel and a pair of blue jeans. I also had a black and white American Eagle hoodie which was pretty expensive. I was the only one in the building putting my load into the dryer at 6:30. There was no one else either running a dryer or a washer. Well, when I went to get my things from the dryer at 7:36pm, I had everything except my black and white American Eagle Hoodie. I immediately went back and that’s when I saw this woman with practically every door to the dryers open except mine grabbing things. She stole my item and lied about knowing what happened. I came right back down to the laundromat once I realized what happened. I immediately contacted Jim, the owner, and heard NOTHING back. This was at 7:48pm. Bad.
