I have had nothing but good service from Ellie. She is knowledgeable, personable, kind, and talks you through the entire process. I have recommended her to family and friends. I will not be going to anyone else. Actually she has become a good friend through the time that I have known her for the past 2+ years. Please give her a call if you are looking to get rid of unwanted hair on your face such as a mustache, chin hairs, eye brows. She is fully licensed and did I mention knowledgeable?she has repaired the damage to my eyebrow roots due to waxing or threading. A real eye opening experience. She gets 5 stars from me!!

I am stunned to be honest. Horrible, rude, unkind woman. I've worked with several electrolysists in my time and never had any issues with any of them, they were all lovely, until this woman. She is cold, unkind, has a horrible temper and is incredible rude. She is also extremely incompetent! BEWARE, she doesn't care about the consumer at all. Seriously. I usually don't write poor reviews but this woman is the exception, please be careful before you use her.
Wow. What crazy woman. This was my first experience with electrolysis so I asked a few questions. She was furious! Started screaming and cursing at me! I was ready to work with her a lot but after that I'll be looking for someone else. I wouldn't go to her again if she paid me.
