I visited in the fall of 2000. Yes, it's been a while. Outstanding displays of marble carvings, different types of marble an the history of marble minong. An to have someone on site working on a project was very fascinating. Can't wait to come back. Well worth the trip

Unfortunately it was temporarily closed. We were told that there's a marble bust of every president, it would have been nice to see.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of this fantastic Marble Museum. As history buffs, we were enthralled with the history of the company, of the mining and use of American marble and its evolution over the years. From the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and its history to walking the Hall of the American Presidents took us pretty much the entire day. To get the most of your tour, set aside at least a half day, take the time to watch all the videos, read the placards and simply be amazed. We were surprised to have the place to ourselves, it is really huge. We had a lot of fun joking with the staff in the gift shop. You don't want to miss this place. You'll be glad you stopped in here.

Amazing museum. One of the best kept secret in Vermont museum. Well worth the visit. Took a few hours to wondering. Learn a lot from great descriptions. Go on a sunny day as it's a bit chilly in the fall. They close for the late fall.

I liked this place, learned about marble. Haven't seen anything like it elsewhere. Tells about the area.
