When I called the company, an actual person answered the phone. Nothing automated, and she was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions. She explained all of my options and the cost for each. When Garrett and Sean arrived they were polite and friendly, adhered to all COVID protocols, evaluated the surfaces, then explained the services and the exact cost prior to performing the work. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost. The carpets look great! They were just done today, and I'm hopeful that in a month or two none of the pet stains (we had some really set-in pet stains) bleed through, but overall everything looks great, smells fresh and clean, the guys were professional, efficient and polite. Will use them again if I ever have the need.

Pleasant, courteous and punctual. They spent 25 minutes cleaning carpets in two rooms. I expected better results. The carpeting looks only the slightest bit better.

These guys are the best! They even helped me arrange our furniture where it needed to be situated as I just moved in and stuff was all over the place. They were on time, very professional and courteous. Prices were fair and they were done when they said they would be. I will definitely hire them again and absolutely recommend them.
