We rented via this company and everything worked out well. They respond fast to questions and solve things immediately. The rental was clean, comfy, and the pictured were accurate.

I have to say that Killington rental associates has the worse customer service ever! Not only do they want their customers to go against a governors order (no socializing between different households) but they refuse to refund or even credit us, all for what? For trying to be cautious in the middle of a pandemic and avoiding the spread of covid-19. Please if you are reading this and are thinking of booking with them, RUN FOR THE HILLS! They are not worth it. I would have rather paid a little more with a reliable company whom I know would've respected state laws than book with these snakes! I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary given the current nationwide situation and how selfish and unreasonable these people are acting towards it. Damn money grabbers!

Updating my review. Dealing with difficulties due to the pandemic. Without getting into details, spoke to Lisa Jamison today and had a good conversation. Do not know what the final result will be regarding the Pandemic issues and our rental for the holiday weekend, but she listened to my concerns and we had a good conversation.

We are having some trouble canceling due to the new restrictions in effect Nov 14th. Hopefully Management will see we are trying to abide by state mandated rules and give us a refund. Stand by...
