Jose is a very hard-working guy. The service has always been excellent. I've used them for 10 years plus. He is Stihl certified dealer and he's always fixed my equipment, under warranty and not under warranty. I've been very satisfied with all of the work. He's helped us out in times where we needed new equipment and needed his advice. I buy all my equipment and have my tools serviced for our landscaping business: The Promised Land Landscape Svc.through Havasu Power Tools. Great guy.
