I have worked with Ryan for quite awhile now - tirelessly helping me to find my perfect place. I had purchased a land parcel awhile ago with plans to possibly build there at some point, but life and plans have a way of changing. I listed my property with him and we recently closed on it. I was so pleased that we were able to complete the sale on my land in the middle of winter EVEN when everything is covered in snow! He found the perfect buyer for me and the whole process went through smoothly and quickly. Ryan listens and is so conscientious about promptly answering any questions, keeping you updated, and following through with the entire transaction. Dealing with Ryan was the best decision we made to find our home. He had an accepted offer within our budget in about 48 hours! Ryan was available all hours of the day and never left a question unanswered for us. The process is always long but Ryan made it seem very smooth and always did his best to take the pressure off of us.
