I leased an apt at overpriced Holbrook Bay for $1300/month (no internet included) for a travel nursing job; I never seen the apartment before in person. I became lost on the way to meet Lori and she left an abrupt message that she was running late to another appt and would leave the key under the mat.nnI thought it was unprofessional to schedule another meeting so close to me picking up my key. What if I had questions or concerns about the apartment when I arrived?nnFront door leading into apt had cobwebs and insect nests around it. One bathroom was dirty.nI realize there was no mailbox key on the chain and texted her twice asking about it. She ignored my message and my company had to contact her company and wait almost 2 days to hear back from her.nnShe then sent my company the rudest message telling me that I had to get it myself from the post office. I have never had to go to the post office to get a mailbox key and has always come with my apt keys.nnVery LAZY and very unprofessional. I would never deal with this company again.
