Poulin Lumber - Derby

The staff is always willing to help. They are a proud company and treat everyone just as how they would want to be treated. Be respectful and you will receive it in return.

I asked Poulin Lumber of Derby to deliver a complicated lumber and supplies order to my off the grid Camp and they did a great job. The lumber was first rate and the supplies were stacked perfectly and protected from the weather - needed as a series of snowstorms came through (second week of May!) This was my first time working with them and I could not have been more satisfied. Very patient team and professional operation. Thanks, team! I'll be back.

Very disappointed, couldnt find hardly anything, staff was slow and wasnt sure where things were. No military discount. The staff out back did fine.

Did not have item I needed on Thursday so Supposedly they placed the order and said it would be in a Monday, I told them it’s very important and it’s to help make masks for health care workers so they don’t get sick from the virus and if any issues please call me. Monday came and I called to see if my order was coming they said they didn’t place it because I need to order the whole box I said that’s fine then she tells me it’s past 2 and I won’t get my order till next Wednesday. This place is so Unorganized and don’t care about helping anyone please don’t go to Poulin Lumber unless you want to get treated like you are just wasting there time.

Super nice employees. A lot of inventory. Always recommended.
