Slumlords. I will be providing pictures and evidence of your building on caswell which violates alot of building codes. You have used harassment as measures to evict people. You say your raising rent do to trash which i have a lease that states those are your responsibilities. Building has black mold which is against the law and a danger to everyone in the building. You have used different means to try and evict people this is it. I need answers to why there is black mold improper old non maintained windows. 1 entrance and exit on a second floor with no safe emergency exit which violates housing code in itself. I need these answers as well.nnThe government will be receiving pictures and information of this property as well as every local news station.

no notification of bed bugs in the building until after signing a lease , weekends without hot water “ Doug doesn't want me to drive down there just to reset the water heater , we will do it on Monday” roof leaks and just plan lazy staff !

Very good service. As to be expected there were a few bumps due to the fact that they own some old buildings, but always a timely response to any issue. Would definitely rent from them again
