Called for a pump failure alarm on my septic system. Ryan gave me excellent instructions for a few things to look at first. When those didn’t fix the problem, Andy came right over and pumped out the tanks. Ryan joined him, found the alarm float needed to be replaced. They were friendly, focused on helping me understand what they were doing, professional and reasonably priced. Best of all, they gave me great information on how to maintain the system going forward. A very good choice to call them for service!

Ryan was great, took his time, explained the problems and remedies. He stayed till the initial problem was solved. The service was prompt, fair priced and very professional. I highly recommend them for your septic needs.

I have used Barre Septic for over four years. Initially they were called in to troubleshoot an issue create by an excavating mistake. I was so impressed that I've had them come back for maintenance/ tank pumping required. They are great people, experts, professional and I highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations.

Really happy we called Barre Septic Service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday and they sent someone out by 6pm who solved our problem. They were really great to work with and gave us fair pricing despite it being an emergency. It definitely was nice having the issue taken care of ASAP and not last all weekend long. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!
