We just sold our weekend house in Rochester Vermont and could’ve be happier with Vermont Heritage Real Estate. Our agent, Rose Wright was extremely helpful and walked us through every moment of the process. We live in Massachusetts, so we were selling the house from afar and during Covid. Given past sales in the area, we thought it would take at least a year for a sale. Nope, VT Heritage Real Estate’s marketing brought-in potential buyers, many from out of state looking for a getaway home (which was our targeted buyer). Within a month, we had a great offer. Once accepted, Rose helped me with cleaning-out the house by picking-up bags for donation and hooking us up with someone who could take away the mattresses. She even checked in the house during the closing process to make sure the heat kicked-in etc. Rose kept us abreast with every development and walked us through to the end of the sale. I highly recommend Vermont Heritage Realty and Rose Wright in particular. They really made a something that could have been a hassle into an easy experience.
