I don't have a good experience with Roto Rooter, they take 400,from me and didn't finish the job, I will not recommend them to anyone
Had them go work at one of my apartments I was renting. They first charge from where their last job was and not when they get to your location. Charged me an extra 45min. Because they said that’s how long it took them to drive to my apartment in the middle of Farmington.
Then didn’t seal everything back up when they left so I had a leak the renter didn’t report, and it ended up destroying my cabinet.
Showed up quickly. Very fair to deal with. Office staff exceeded my expectations. I will work with them again.
The water leak was out of the scope of a Handyman Service. Called them and was there quickly and started getting the repairs done.

Called at 830am told by the female that answered the phone that they would be out early afternoon.. 330pm called to find out where they were told by the same female I'm next they just finished their job. Called again at 605pm get the answer service.
Finally at 645pm a nice man showed up and stated that he was never told that he had a job after his last one..
Need a new receptionist cause she can't do her job.. by the way to late for me to cook dinner so had to buy it. Another 30.00 tacked on my bill. Thanx.. will call another next time..
