I cannot imagine a better broker than Craig.  Our experience with him was exceptional.  We were first time buyers who had been looking in Stowe for a while. When we saw a home we liked we were connected with Craig and we could not be more pleased with how things went.  Firstly, Craig is a great guy.  He is pleasant, professional, easy to talk with and always responded quickly to any questions we had throughout the entire process..  Secondly, he really knows what he is doing. He is a dealmaker and an excellent negotiator who knows his business.  He is honest, trustworthy and ethical and I cannot imagine there is a broker out there who works harder for their client.  He will jump through as many hoops as it takes to ensure you get the home you want and he will do whatever it takes to make sure the deal closes on time.  You won't find a more connected broker in the area.  Craig knows everyone and he will get you the best contractors at the best prices if you need work done.  Craig truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process and I could not recommend him any higher.

Selling a house or looking for your forever home??? Craig is your MAN! I have never worked with a realtor who is so outgoing, and dedicated to his clients. Whenever we had a question, or ran into an issue - Craig almost always had the answer or a solution. He worked with our lender and lawyer in making sure we closed on time! Our home buying process was a headache and a half for ALL parties. Craig managed to make it easy. As a first-time home buyer, Craig was awesome to work with! He's friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very prompt with his communication, everything you'd want in a realtor. He helped us close on our dream home for a great deal- we couldn't be happier! I don't foresee us ever wanting to move again, but if we did, we'd use Vermont Life Realtors again without hesitation.

Craig was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of buying our new home. We went into contract as the Covid pandemic shut down much of the country. That left us with unprecedented challenges from inspections to attorneys and everything else that goes into buying a home. Craig handled everything and made it seamless for us. He was communicative, prompt and always on top of everything. We highly recommended using him!
