Tristan did a Saturday morning house call to repair a plumbing issue in our house. He arrived early and did a great job, solving the issue for us. We also had them do installation and rough-in work, all really high quality service and outcomes. Great company! A+
They did such a great job with our home, we was to hire them for a job at our store. Fast, professional and friendly. We will use Tristan and staff every opportunity we hove.
I called Tristan when we realized that our toilet was running non stop at the office. Tristan was at the office 3 hours later to take a look. We opted for a new toilet over a repair. Three days and working around our schedule we have a brand new properly functioning toilet. I highly recommend Capital Mechanical. Professional,prompt and reasonably priced!!!!
I hired Tristen, owner of Capital Mechanical, to relocate two air conditioning units a few feet, which involved capturing the refrigerants and recharging the units after moving them.nnA few weeks after they finished, one of the units stopped cooling. I scheduled an appointment for them to diagnose the problem, but they failed to show up for the appointment. Several weeks later, they sent an email, apologizing for missing the appt. Since then, I've been unable to get any response from them, despite leaving half a dozen email and voice mail messages. No response.nnSo, I would stay far away from this firm. It's bad enough that their workmanship likely caused a failure, but it's even more concerning that they won't honor their work.
I was having a hard time with my old furnace since last winter and only the guys at Capital Mechanical have the patience and dedication to figure it out.
