I filed a claim with my home warranty insurance to find out they wouldn’t cover my tankless water 8 days later. Johnny and Teresa at Foster Plumbing exceeded my expectations with regards to responsiveness and customer service. Not only was a provided a bid significantly less then other companies, but Johnny made a trip to Durango to get me a unit $800 cheaper... who does that - a company with values and great customer service. Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate the two of you:)

Shockingly bad service called 5 times trying to discuss my $2000.00 plus bill for work that duplicated did not get a solution until I stayed home and followed them around until they got the work done. Not able to get a hold of anyone with any decision making ability yet they continued to bill me. Shameful

Save your money they charged $320 dollars to put in a cheap plastic water line that was duck taped to the cabinet that cracked 8 months later and could have flooded my house!! Also the worker said he didn't have the right parts (a simple water line $24) and wanted to come back the next day, if I hadn't said no he would have charged me labor for the next day!!

Somewhat expensive, but they got the job done right and on schedule despite some unexpected hold-ups. Definitely worth the money!
