Sandi is fantastic at managing my rental house in LHC. She is ready to handle whatever problems come up. She really knows her real estate rental laws. Thanks Sandi I can depend on you.

To start off, When we called one year ago Sandi Schaffer was very friendly. She took the time to find a vacant a home and directed us to a unit that fits our family needs. The unit she directed us to us was perfect. We loved living on candlewood, not only did we love the beautiful unit, we made friends with our neighbors and our kids would Always play outside until the coronavirus. We enjoyed the community. We planned on staying one more year but unfortunately due to the hit coronavirus and other opportunities we decided to move out of state. I just want say I highly recommend renting from Affinity Property Management LLC . Sandi is very professional, helpful, and understanding to YOUR needs. The application process was fast and easy. Oh and she was able to work with us with our last minute notice and moving out process. Thank you Affinity Premier Property!

When things need to be fixed Sandy took forever. Not a good company to go to I am glad I left her hanging

Do NOT Rent or Buy Property from Sandi Shaffer owner for 👉Affinity Premier Properties in Lake Havasu City, AZ. If you rent, you WILL NOT receive your entire security deposit back even if you leave the place clean. No where in their lease does it mention you have to pay to have the carpets cleaned, replaced ALL blinds and light bulbs (even the working ones) and pay for cleaning costs. Your refundable security deposit is NOT refundable because they take out those charges from it. The realtor is very rude and unprofessional, and does NOT care about good, honest and clean tenants. You have been warned‼️😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I would give the business and owner no stars, but it was not an option.

Very FRIENDLY staff! They get all aspects of the loan process done quickly! Straight forward knowledgeable staff!
