Beware! Made an offer on a home of theirs that had been on the market over 100 days, they countered, and we agreed on their counter price, which was only $1000 less than the listed price. Then they told our realtor they were not going to respond to our follow-up counter, which was a request for a different title company (who already had our earnest money), and a list of the furnishings that would stay with the house (as agreed upon in their counter). Now they’ve increased the listing price of that house by 10 grand. Very fishy and bad business! Use caution or just stay away from this agency.
