May of 2020 we listed and sold our primary home. As many know when listing a home there is a lot of scheduling realtors in and out to view the home and working around schedules. Whenever the Dustin Runyon Team came to view our home they were always so kind, considerate, understanding and RESPECTFUL of our needs. Holly Stires of the DRT was the buying agent and brought the wonderful new owners to us. In a stressful time they made the process so intimate and worry free!

I came to the Dustin Runyon Real Estate Team and Jenna Czarnecky to help us sell my home because I have always admired how much they give back to the community, but I will use them exclusively from here on out because of their market expertise and professionalism! So many times realtors will just tell you what you want to hear, or they are only looking out for the "deal" and not their customers... THIS WAS SO NOT THE CASE! Jenna LISTENED to my goals and offered her HONEST opinions when I asked for them. Cant say enough about this team! Thanks for everything guys!

My husband and I moved to Lake Havasu City last summer and were extremely fortunate to have Trisha as our realtor.  I have moved many times in my life and most of the realtors I have dealt with were primarily concerned about getting the deal done quickly so they could move on to the next customer.  Trisha is very unique in that she really cares about you, the buyer.  My husband is disabled and has many medical needs and we are seniors with no help or family.  She made sure we looked at houses in safe neighborhoods, houses with disability needs, and houses that had easy access to the hospital and doctors.   She knows the city and the market very well and because of her genuine concern for us, paired us with the perfect house for us here in Havasu.  She is not just a realtor; she is a person who truly cares about others, a rare find in the reality market. She won’t just sell you a house, she will sell you a home. I have lived long enough to see the deterioration of society with the loss of caring about our fellow man and the increase of selfishness. I am very tired in my life of sales people who only care about the sale; it is refreshing to find someone who is concerned about their clients as people with special needs and who is excellent at their job. Trisha is one of those, she will not disappoint you.
