I would highly, highly recommend Ingrid for buying or selling a property! She was so fantastic when it came to buying a property and was our eyes and ears since we were out of the area. We trusted her from the first time we spoke on the phone and she spent lots of time with us discussing the pro/cons of certain locations and houses, pricing, contracting, negotiation points with the seller, and contracting and closing. She had a cool head through the entire process and kept us in the loop as everything moved forward. She is everything you would want in a real estate agent. Should we buy or sell again, she will be our go-to agent!

We were introduced to Ingrid through a trusted local Vermont friend and what an absolute gift it was to have her as our realtor! The housing market in Vermont is hot, and she suggested we get a pre-approval before looking and do most of our own searching based on our criteria and make a list of those we wanted to try and see.
