Ordered some subs online for the first time and picked them up. Much, much easier. I was able to go to the front of the very long line and just grab the food. The only complaint is they didn't have the soda ready. You can select what kind you want online, but then have to fill them yourself (not a huge deal, but I had a lot of drinks to get and didn't think I'd have to remember them).
The rudest and worst service you will ever see. We stood in line for 10 minutes and were not even acknowledged. They were making 5 sandwiches ordered online.... so I guess walk in customers are ignored.nThe line workers chatted to each other and ignored me when i asked if I could order. I dont know who the manager or owner is... but he/she needs to get a handle on these workers and teach customer service.nWe walked out. Didnt order.

Went to go get a sub at 9:15pm and it states online that they are open till 10. When I arrived, they had all the food put away and we’re counting the drawer.
Why does it seem whenever I go into this subway location in the evening or late at nite the toaster is always down. It's not, employees just don't want to clean more than they have too.
