Nice people. Good variety of hardware, heating and building supplies, however, horribly coronaphobic. Masks mandatory.
I had problems with my slider screen door. Corey met me as I came in. We went to the office, and he started looking at the different roller wheels for the screen door (there are a lot to chose). We went out to my truck to look at my door and do some measuring. Then we went back inside to order the right part. Excellent customer service. Corey went the Extra Mile to help me solve my issue.
Dont go here unless you want piss poor service. The products are alright (because they come from their partner store) but they employees, especially the older woman who works outside, are extremely disrespectful. Dont spend your money here, and maybe they'll learn to treat their customers with some decency.
Not willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are satisfied.
